Questions
What is a credit?
Credits pay for generations. Every model shows its price in credits on the Generate button before you spend anything, and the price depends on the model and settings such as length and resolution.
Do unused plan credits roll over?
No. Your plan credits are reset to the plan's amount at the start of each billing month. Credits from packs are kept until you use them and never expire.
Which credits are spent first?
Plan credits first, then pack credits, so the credits that expire are always used before the ones that don't.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a run fails, is blocked by the content filter or is canceled before it starts, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes, any time, from Account → Manage billing. When you cancel, you keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you paid for.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for twelve months at once at a 20% discount, and you still receive your plan credits every month.
