Terms of service

Using HiggsHub

HiggsHub lets you generate images and videos with third-party AI models. You need an account, signed in by email, to generate. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

Credits and payments

• Each generation costs credits; the price shows on the Generate button before you spend.
• Plan credits reset on each renewal. Pack credits never expire.
• Generations that fail or are blocked by a content filter are refunded automatically.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel a plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in your prompts, uploads and results, subject to the terms of the model providers. You are responsible for what you upload and generate, and it must follow the acceptable use policy. If you publish a result to Community, other people can see it and its prompt until you unpublish it.

Availability

Models can change, slow down or be withdrawn by their providers. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
